Job summary

Bank of Montreal in Westchester, IL is seeking a part-time Retail Banking Sales & Service associate to greet customers, assess needs, and offer financial solutions with a focus on personal banking and digital options.

You will collaborate with branch teammates and BMO partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, handle transactions, and promote referrals while maintaining risk/compliance standards. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; 30 hours weekly, with schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Typically between 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, online tools and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides customers as they walk into the branch lobby, offering advice on available digital and self-serve options.
• Delivers exceptional service to customers and prospects and identifies needs to provide suitable financial solutions.
• Collaborates with branch and market partners to identify referral opportunities and grow customer relationships.
• Probes to understand personal banking and credit card needs and ensures a compliant, risk-aware service delivery.
