Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers, prospective customers and bank associates promptly and professionally.
• Complete transaction processing timely and accurately.
• Project the bank's professional reputation through courteous interactions and prompt resolution of requests, inquiries or issues.
• Refer loan and deposit customers or prospects to subject matter experts.
• Complete ongoing product knowledge and training to sustain broad base of product, service and sales knowledge.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest products and services to meet their needs.
• Protect bank assets by adhering to policies and procedures related to branch operations and information security.
• Complete periodic in-branch communication and promotion activities specific to the office.
• Communicate recommendations for improved work flow and service to customers.
• Maintain awareness of compliance requirements and risk management concepts.
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
