• Process transactions accurately and per procedures.
• Project the bank's professional reputation through courteous interactions and prompt resolution of requests.
• Refer loan and deposit customers to subject matter experts.
• Continue product knowledge and training to sustain broad product knowledge.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest products and services.
• Protect bank assets by adhering to procedures and regulations.
• Complete branch communications and promotions as applicable.
• Communicate recommendations for improved workflow and service.
• Maintain awareness of compliance and risk management requirements.
• Deliver high level of service within Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
