Central Oregon Community College is seeking a Part Time Instructor in Baking & Pastry for the Cascade Culinary Institute. The instructor will deliver lecture and lab sessions, assess student performance, and support curriculum development to maintain high-quality instruction.

Teaching assignments may include day, evening, and weekend classes, with at least one hour of office time per class. The position is non-benefited, with potential collaboration across campuses and community engagement

Competenze

• Requires professional training in Baking & Pastry discipline.
• Minimum of three years industry experience in Baking and Pastry Arts.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods and assess diverse learners.
