Job summary

Hannaford Bakery department is seeking a hands-on leader to guide operations in the absence of the department and assistant managers. You will ensure policy compliance, train associates, and maintain high standards for customer service and product knowledge across bakery items.

Responsibilities include utilizing store systems for scheduling and productivity, upholding sanitation and safety standards, and collaborating with the team to meet performance goals and inventory control.
