Responsibilities

• In the absence of the department manager and the assistant department manager, lead the department operations in accordance with established department standard practices.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and government regulations.
• Utilize store systems such as Productivity Management, Scheduling, CAO, and RF Unit.
• Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Meet or exceed all applicable Management Planning guidelines.
• Develop product knowledge in Bakery (rolls, desserts, cakes, muffins, bagels, coffees, etc.).
• Assist in training other associates when assigned.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance and adhere to appearance policy.
• Maintain solid communication in the department and across the organization.
• Support safety standards and report equipment issues or maintenance needs.
• Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
