Responsibilities

• Lead the department operations in the absence of the department manager and the assistant department manager.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and government regulations.
• Utilize store systems including Productivity Management, Scheduling, CAO and RF Unit.
• Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Meet or exceed Management Planning guidelines.
• Develop product knowledge in all bakery areas (rolls, desserts, cakes, muffins, bagels, coffees, platters, etc.).
• Assist in training other associates when assigned.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and comply with appearance policy.
• Maintain solid department communications within the organization.
• Support company safety standards and report needed repairs or maintenance.
• Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
