Hannaford Supermarkets in Highland, NY seeks a Bakery Department Associate to lead operations when managers are absent and to uphold department standards. You will develop product knowledge across bakery items and assist in training coworkers, while maintaining a neat appearance and compliant with policies.

You will work with store systems and uphold safety and sanitation standards, collaborating with team members to meet goals.

Qualificações

• Proficient with computers and store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead department operations in the absence of the department manager and assistant manager.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Use store systems including Productivity Management, Scheduling, CAO and RF Unit.
• Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity and respect.
• Meet or exceed Management Planning guidelines.
• Develop product knowledge in Bakery (rolls, desserts, cakes, muffins, etc.).
• Assist in training other associates when assigned.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance and comply with appearance policy.
• Maintain communication within the department and organization.
• Support safety standards and sanitation and food safety.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
