• Meet or exceed Management Planning guidelines.
• Develop product knowledge across Bakery (rolls, desserts, cakes, etc.).
• Assist in training other associates when assigned.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Maintain clear communication within department and organization.
• Support safety standards and report needed equipment maintenance.
• Observe sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
