• Comply with all company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Use store systems supporting job functions (Productivity Management, Scheduling, CAO, RF Unit).
• Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Meet or exceed Management Planning guidelines.
• Develop product knowledge in Bakery (rolls, desserts, cakes, muffins, etc.).
• Assist in training other associates when assigned.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance per policy.
• Maintain solid communication within department and organization.
• Support safety standards; report repairs; keep area free of debris and hazards.
• Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
