Responsibilities

• Prepares, ices, and decorates cakes and other baked goods for display or customer requests.
• Identifies, matches, and blends icing colors; manages color and texture decisions.
• Delivers quick, accurate decorating under time pressure.
• Maintains clean, safe and sanitary working area following procedures.
• Promotes product sales through suggestive selling initiatives.
