Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred and six months of related experience.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Decorator certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, ice, and decorate cakes and baked goods for display or requests.
• Trace and copy drawings onto cakes using templates or freehand.
• Match icing colors and assess color, texture, aroma, flavor, and taste.
• Select decorating materials and tools; make quick decisions under time pressure.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and assist with production planning.
