Job summary

McLarty Daniel Nissan is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers in a busy dealership. You will answer a multi-line phone system, transfer calls, and support both service and sales teams with paperwork and file management.

The role emphasizes reliable customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic team. You may also work alternating Saturdays and keep common areas neat and welcoming for customers.

Qualifications

• One year of customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Receptionist experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone system and transfer calls to the appropriate department.
• Help maintain service department records and file accordingly.
• Maintain sales department supplies and ensure timely documents are received weekly/daily.
• Keep the seating areas for sales and service neat and clean.
• Occasionally perform mail drop off and pick up for the dealership.
• Sort incoming mail and route to the correct departments.
• Greet all incoming and exiting customers.
• Ability to work alternating Saturdays.
