McGrath Chevrolet of Dubuque is seeking a Part-Time Automotive Service Porter / Valet to Support our busy service department. The daytime schedule runs from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, offering a morning-focused role with afternoons free.

Greet customers, move vehicles safely, shuttle customers, and assist technicians. No dealership experience required, but valid driver’s license and reliable, friendly service are essential for success in this active, outdoor-indoor role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work 7:00 AM–1:00 PM.
• Friendly and professional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
• Safely move, park, stage, and retrieve customer vehicles.
• Shuttle customers to and from McGrath Chevrolet of Dubuque as needed.
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments.
• Assist Service Advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and service lane organization.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive and vehicle staging area.
• Support the service department with additional porter, valet, driving, and lot responsibilities as needed.
