McGrath Chevrolet of Dubuque is seeking a Part-Time Shuttle Driver for an afternoon and evening schedule. The role supports our busy service department by transporting customers and vehicles with a friendly, professional approach.

Previous dealership experience is not required; prior shuttle, delivery, or customer service work is a plus. This part-time position offers about 20 hours per week and opportunities to gain automotive dealership experience.

Qualifications

• Afternoon or evening availability.
• Friendly and professional customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous shuttle or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely shuttle service customers to and from the dealership.
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to manage transportation needs.
• Safely move and transport a variety of customer vehicles.
• Maintain a clean service drive and customer lounge.
• Replenish coffee, refreshments, and other customer amenities as needed.
• Support the service department with transportation and customer service tasks.
