Job summary

McGrath Chevrolet of Dubuque seeks a Part-Time Shuttle Driver to support our service department. This role focuses on safely shuttling customers, picking up and delivering vehicles, and delivering friendly, professional service.

A valid driver's license with a clean record, afternoon and evening availability, and the ability to follow schedules are required. This position offers roughly 20 hours per week with competitive benefits in a supportive dealer culture in Dubuque, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Safely shuttle service customers to and from the dealership.
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as needed for service appointments.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to help manage customer transportation needs.
• Safely move and transport a variety of customer vehicles.
• Help maintain a clean and organized service drive and customer lounge.
• Replenish coffee, refreshments, and other customer amenities as needed.
• Support the service department with additional transportation and customer service responsibilities as assigned.
