Job summary

McGrath Chevrolet of Dubuque is seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Shuttle Driver to support our service department with afternoon and evening hours. This role offers approximately 20 hours per week and requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, focusing on safe, courteous vehicle shuttling between customers and the service bay.

Previous dealership experience is not required; transferable driving or customer service skills are welcome.

Qualifications

Afternoon and evening availability.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Friendly and professional customer service skills.
Comfortable driving a variety of cars, trucks, and SUVs.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and follow transportation schedules.
Previous shuttle, delivery, valet, porter, driving, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Safely shuttle service customers to and from the dealership.
Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as needed for service appointments.
Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction.
Coordinate with Service Advisors to help manage customer transportation needs.
Safely move and transport a variety of customer vehicles.
Help maintain a clean and organized service drive and customer lounge.
Replenish coffee, refreshments, and other customer amenities as needed.
Support the service department with additional transportation and customer service responsibilities as assigned.
