Job summary

Fred Beans Automotive Group in Washington, NJ is seeking a part-time cashier/receptionist for our Ford store. You will handle front-desk duties, assist the service department at the end of customer appointments, and support daily service operations with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include closing out repair orders, answering calls, preparing deposits, filing documents, and preparing next-day appointment packets.

Qualifications

• Pleasant and professional phone manners.
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Service Department with finalizing customer service and waiting on customers at the end of their appointment
• Closing out repair orders in the computer and ADP system
• Answering the phones in a prompt and pleasant manner
• Preparing and making deposits
• Filing assorted documents for both service and accounting departments
• Preparing pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments
• Inputting of additional service requests
• Calculating payments and performing data entry
• Performing minor accounting and minor clerical work
