Job summary

Fred Beans Automotive Group in Washington, NJ is hiring a full-time Cashier/Receptionist for our Ford store. You will assist the Service Department by finalizing customer service, handling payments, and waiting on customers at the end of their appointments.

The role requires excellent customer service, professional phone manners, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 10 lbs. Schedule is Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service and waiting on customers at the end of their appointment.
• Close out repair orders in the computer and ADP system.
• Answer the phones in a prompt and pleasant manner.
• Prepare and make deposits.
• File assorted documents for both service and accounting departments.
• Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments.
• Inputting of additional service requests.
• Calculate payments and perform data entry.
• Perform minor accounting and minor clerical work.
