Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Department with finalizing customer service and waiting on customers at the end of their appointment.
• Close out repair orders in the computer and ADP system.
• Answer phones promptly and pleasantly.
• Prepare and make deposits.
• File assorted documents for service and accounting departments.
• Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day’s service appointments.
• Input additional service requests.
• Calculate payments and perform data entry.
• Perform minor accounting and clerical work.

• Filing assorted documents for both service and accounting departments
