Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service and waiting on customers at the end of their appointment.
• Close out repair orders in the computer and ADP system.
• Answer the phones in a prompt and pleasant manner.
• Prepare and make deposits.
• File assorted documents for both service and accounting departments.
• Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments.
• Inputting of additional service requests.
• Calculate payments and perform data entry.
• Perform minor accounting and minor clerical work.
