Job summary

Spikeball Inc. is seeking a Part-time Operational Systems and Automation Manager to own and optimize the company’s internal technology stack including Direct-to-Consumer, Wholesale, and warehousing workflows.

You will connect Shopify, Amazon, NetSuite, and broader systems, drive automation, improve visibility, and reduce operational friction. The role blends automation, systems architecture, and IT support to enable efficient, scalable operations.

Qualifications

Experience in operations systems, ecommerce operations, or integrations.
Interest in AI-driven efficiency and automation.
Able to work across multiple tools and troubleshoot independently.
Self-starter with ability to manage workload and collaborate across departments.
Not a full-time role; part-time commitment.

Responsibilities

Drive automation and process improvement across all departments.
Maintain and optimize the operations tech stack (NetSuite, Shopify, Celigo, Make.com, etc.).
Own Direct-to-Consumer system connections (Shopify, Amazon, NetSuite).
Build reporting and operational visibility.
Own fundamental IT for the business (users, permissions, onboarding, hardware).
Support cybersecurity and system hygiene.
