SAYN in Coral Gables, Florida, is seeking a Business Systems Manager to own the software backbone of our fast-moving ecommerce business. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, software systems, and AI, turning needs into automated solutions that reduce friction and drive impact.

You will assess processes, implement or build tools, and collaborate with teams to automate workflows, optimize data flows, and scale our tech stack.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role focused on software and AI enhancements.
• ERP / Netsuite experience preferred.
• Familiar with SQL preferred.

Role

We're looking for a Business Systems Manager to own and evolve the software backbone of our e-commerce business. This is not a traditional IT Manager role. We need someone who lives at the intersection of business operations, software systems, and AI — someone who can look at how our teams work today, spot where software and automation (including AI tools) can remove friction, and then actually build or implement those solutions.

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, focused on software and AI enhancements.
• ERP / Netsuite experience preferred
• Familiar with SQL preferred
• Excited about the future of AI and proactive in undesrtanding how we can automate and integrate to improve business processes
