Auto Allies Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Shop Assistant to support front-office customer service and light shop tasks in a busy automotive environment. The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, organization, and teamwork.

You’ll help with scheduling, estimates support, and shop workflow while gaining hands-on experience in automotive operations. The position offers a consistent part-time schedule, on-the-job training, and room to grow within the business.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and helping customers with scheduling and service updates.
• Assisting service advisors with estimates, invoices, and workflow.
• Communicating with customers by phone, text, and email.
• Helping keep repair orders organized and moving through the shop.
• Performing Digital Vehicle Inspections and taking clear photos of customer vehicles.
• Helping with customer vehicle check-ins and basic vehicle documentation.
• Assisting with light shop duties such as car cleanouts, sweeping, and keeping work areas organized.
• Helping with parts, inventory, loaner vehicles, and general shop organization.
• Following up with customers and helping ensure they have a great experience.
• Jumping in wherever needed to help the team stay productive.
