Job summary

Colonial Group in Lexington, KY is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator for a part-time role. You will travel to auctions within and around Lexington, with occasional longer trips provided a rental car.

Schedules are assigned weekly; expect 4–8 hours of work per week, along with training and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, is tech-savvy, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism with customers and on-site staff.
• Produce all auction day processes with varying asset volumes.
• Maintain event equipment and materials.
• Collect customer information using our proprietary software.
• Auctioneering and bid tracking for varying assets.
• Complete customer receipts and event reports.
• Identify process inefficiencies and support improvements.
• Provide on-the-job training for event day roles.
