Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator for a part-time role supporting live courthouse auctions in Lynchburg, VA and surrounding areas. You will welcome guests, collect attendee data, and guide participants through pre-auction steps while providing friendly customer service.

You will drive up to two hours to nearby counties, handle cash receipts, and participate in training sessions to improve skills. Flexible scheduling is required with 6-10 hours weekly on average.

Qualifications

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent as a minimum level of education.
• Prior auction experience is appreciated but not required.
• Ability to travel up to 2 hours to event locations in their personal vehicle.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Comfortable handling funds and collecting customer information with accuracy.

• Collect sensitive buyer and seller information with 100% data input accuracy.
