Auction.com Beckley, WV is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator for part-time work supporting live auctions. You will interact with bidders, collect attendee data, and assist with pre-auction requirements to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires mobility to nearby counties, the ability to stand outdoors, and strong customer service skills. Training and travel are part of the job, with a flexible schedule based on daily auctions.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours for auctions.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and collect attendee information for pre-auction requirements.
• Learn and share knowledge about Auction.com programs and initiatives.
• Maintain 100% data input accuracy for buyer/seller information.
• Provide on-site customer service during auctions and events.
• Complete event reports and participate in training sessions.
