Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator to support live auctions in the Kansas City area. You will interact with bidders, co-host auctions, and ensure all processes are followed. The role includes training and event-related tasks with flexible hours.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, tech-savvy, and comfortable working outdoors and standing for long periods. Driving up to 2 hours to sites is common, with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot basic tech issues and guide users.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Comfortable with standing, walking, and travel for events.

Responsibilities

• Co-host and participate in live auctions.
• Interact with bidders and provide information on participation.
• Maintain equipment and materials for events.
• Complete event reports and training tasks.
• Collect customer information using proprietary software.
• Provide professional communication with staff and customers.
• Travel up to 2 hours to auction locations when needed.
