Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator (Part Time) to support live auctions, interact with bidders, and handle pre-auction activities. You’ll travel to county courthouses as needed, with a flexible schedule and training sessions to build skills and earn additional compensation.

Responsibilities include welcoming attendees, collecting information, learning Auction.com programs, and handling funds with accuracy.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Ability to stand long hours and work outdoors in all weather.
• Ability to travel up to 2 hours to event locations in personal vehicle.

• Collect sensitive buyer and seller information with 100% data input accuracy.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced auction environment and provide customer service.
• Maintain professionalism with customers and on-site staff.
• Maintain equipment and materials.
• Be a subject matter expert on customer resources.
• Engage in professional communication and networking.
• Collect customer information using proprietary software.
• Complete customer receipts and handle funds.
• Prepare and submit event reports.
• Attend scheduled training and team calls.
• Perform tasks with quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
