Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator for a part-time role based in Lynchburg, VA. You will support live auctions, interact with bidders, and handle pre-auction tasks to ensure a smooth experience. Expect travel to surrounding counties with provided rental for non-local locations.

Responsibilities include welcoming attendees, collecting information, and learning Auction.com programs to enhance the auction experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and collects customer information to ensure pre-auction requirements are met.
• Learn and share knowledge about Auction.com programs and initiatives that deliver the best auction experience.
• Collect sensitive buyer and seller information with 100% data input accuracy.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced auction environment and provide customer service to attendees.
• Maintain professionalism with customers and on-site staff including deputies, government employees, attorneys, etc.
• Maintain equipment and materials.
• Be a subject matter expert on customer resources.
• Communicate effectively and network with attendees.
