Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator to serve as the face of the company at live auctions across Virginia Beach and surrounding counties. The role includes welcoming attendees, collecting participant information, and ensuring pre-auction requirements are met while representing Auction.com's programs and resources.

This part-time position involves driving up to 2 hours to county courthouses, flexible daily auctions, and completing tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and collects customer information to meet pre-auction requirements.
• Learn and share Auction.com programs and resources for attendees.
• Collect sensitive buyer/seller information with 100% data input accuracy.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced auction environment and provide customer service to attendees.
• Maintain professionalism with on-site staff and attendees.
• Complete event reports and attend training sessions as scheduled.
