Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. seeks an Attending Physician in Hibbing, MN to oversee primary medical care for residents at our facilities. You will serve as the primary care provider, supported by a dedicated full-time NP or PA who collaborates with you to deliver high-quality care.

The role emphasizes leadership, long-term care expertise, and coordination with nursing and therapy teams to maintain excellent resident health and well-being.

Qualifications

• A board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs, overseeing medical management.
• Conduct patient rounds and collaborate with NPs/PAs to assess and manage care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and oversee chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
