Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents at our facilities. You will serve as the primary care provider with NP/PA support, ensuring overall health and well-being for residents in skilled nursing settings.

Part-time schedule (1 day per week) offers collaboration with a dedicated NP/PA and a strong focus on high-quality, patient-centered care in LTC environments.

Qualifications

• A board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
• Conduct patient rounds and collaborate with NPs/PAs to assess and manage resident care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and oversee management of chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
