Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents at our facilities. You will serve as the primary care provider, with support from a dedicated full-time NP or PA working with you to ensure high-quality patient care.

This role offers growth potential, with a path to Medical Director/Attending Physician leadership within the organization, along with a part-time schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Strong leadership to mentor NPs and PAs.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand/walk up to 6–8 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), taking responsibility for their medical management
• Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care
• Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing the management of ongoing medical conditions
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and their families
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations
• Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care
