TD Bank is seeking an Associate Banker II to perform standard banking transactions, educate customers on products, and support account opening and maintenance at our Freehold, NJ location. You will also build trust through personalized financial guidance and referrals to specialists as needed.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled. Training in teller and platform systems will be provided.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller training and platform training will be provided on hire.

Mansioni

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product and service education to customers.
• Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance.
• Deliver consultative financial guidance to customers.
• Build relationships and refer customers to appropriate partners.
