Responsibilities

• Consistently provides legendary customer service while transacting, promoting, educating and referring TD products to new and existing customers.
• Establishes and nurtures customer relationships with product knowledge and active listening.
• Manages wait times by scheduling, rescheduling or canceling client meetings.
• Engages in lobby leadership and serves as first point of contact for inquiries or appointments.
• Understands and supports the bank's customer service strategy.
• Drives referrals to store colleagues and partners to address broader financial needs.
• Ensures tasks comply with internal policies and procedures.
• Completes required job-specific compliance training and follows risk controls.
• Collaborates with team and seeks opportunities to improve service delivery.
