Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Acts as the first point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Delivers hospitality ambassador experience and builds trust through personalized client interactions.
• Educates clients on products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and long-term financial well-being.
• Ensures compliant and responsible outcomes while balancing client needs with policy and risk.
