TD Bank Group in Berlin, NJ is seeking an Associate Banker I for a 20-hour, part-time, on-site role. The position focuses on delivering a hospitality-driven, high-touch client experience, handling everyday banking transactions, and identifying opportunities to help clients reach their financial goals while adhering to risk standards.

Prior teller/cash-handling experience is preferred, with strong communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience ok).
Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
Ability to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding traffic and delivering a high-touch experience.
Process everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently while deepening client relationships.
Educate clients on products and digital capabilities; refer to specialists when needed.
Identify client needs and opportunities within established financial limits and comply with risk standards.
Escalate non-standard issues and assist in resolving client inquiries promptly.
