Job summary

TD in Mount Holly, New Jersey is seeking an entry-level Client Service Associate to serve as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center, handling everyday banking transactions with accuracy, confidence, and a client-focused mindset.

You will identify client needs, educate on products, refer to partners as needed, and uphold TD’s risk and regulatory standards while delivering a high-touch, personalized experience to help clients meet their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of proven experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial setting preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first point of contact, guiding client flow within the financial center.
• Delivers accurate, everyday banking transactions while identifying client needs and referring to appropriate partners.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve options while maintaining risk awareness.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established limits and escalates non-standard issues as needed.
