Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior client service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing the lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by handling account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts per policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with the team to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in accordance with policies.
