Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and assisting with account openings and service needs.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com) and available products.
• Build trusted relationships by listening actively and identifying client goals and solutions.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank procedures.
