Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in Los Angeles to deliver welcoming, attentive service and build trusted client relationships. You will guide clients through banking options, open accounts, and educate on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM services to meet financial goals.

Emphasizing teamwork and regulatory compliance, you will support branch operations and cash handling while upholding Chase's hospitality-driven culture and total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Demonstrates empathy and delivers a consistent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a friendly environment; guide lobby flow and scheduling using tablets.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on mobile/online banking and self-service options to bank anytime, anywhere.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge; collaborate with branch team.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling per bank procedures.
