Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to elevate the client experience by working collaboratively as a team.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow and meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening and sharing product knowledge with clients and directing them to experts.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling activities in line with policies.
