Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and build trusted client relationships at the branch in Whittier, CA. You will assist with account openings, educate on Chase digital tools, and collaborate with team members to meet clients' financial goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
