Dollar Tree in Holyoke, MA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to oversee store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily activities, support opening/closing, and ensure a safe, organized environment for customers and staff.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The role requires lifting up to 55 lbs and prior retail or grocery management experience. Part-time position with growth opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas and ensure displays meet company standards.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling and loss prevention.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment.
