You will assist with opening and closing procedures, organize merchandise from delivery trucks to the floor, and ensure seasonal displays stay current while following corporate directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal displays.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communicate store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll/scheduling/cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure associates follow policies.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Ensure cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms, floors, trash removal.
