Dollar Tree in Round Rock, TX seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with opening/closing, merchandising, payroll and scheduling, and help train Store Associates while maintaining a safe, friendly environment.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, ensuring a well-stocked store, protecting assets, and following company policies. This role requires leadership and a customer-first mindset.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process all corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping (including payroll, scheduling, and cash handling), and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and safety guidelines.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
• Other duties as assigned.
