Self Storage Plus is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Winchester, VA. The role involves helping to run daily property operations, leasing, and maintenance of our storage facilities, with a focus on delivering excellent tenant service.

You will handle leasing activities, rent collection, and financial reporting while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficient operation across locations. The position is part-time and on-site, offering opportunities to grow with a trusted regional employer.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of property operations, including leasing, customer relations, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Maintain the property through regular maintenance checks, daily property walks to ensure safety and security, and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the property (sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, trash removal) and clean storage units as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries, present amenities through tours, and explain occupancy/leasing terms.
• Respond to customer complaints and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Follow company policies to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and ensure a positive tenant experience.
