Responsibilities

• Renting self storage and selling related merchandise and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries promptly.
• Accept and process payments; reconcile and bank deposits daily.
• Perform collections for past-due accounts and prepare related paperwork.
• Prepare and submit operational, accounting and marketing reports; manage staff schedule.
