Job summary

Acima is seeking a part-time Assistant Store Manager to support store operations and drive sales at partner locations in Indiana. This role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on account management, leasing applications, and delivering excellent customer service.

The position offers hourly pay from 13.73 to 15.67, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow within Acima while working evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized, with time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Sales/Account Management: Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Listen, identify, and fulfill customer needs in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments terms, and application process.
• Close sales by converting applications from in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores in operations and reporting.
• Report to and communicate with Store Manager about store and coworker activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Establish partnerships with store personnel to generate referrals and educate customers.
• Maintain a positive work environment to reduce turnover and improve morale.
